steamed broccoli

Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli

Directions

Place a flexible
steamer in a saucepan
and fill pan with just
enough water so that
you get a glimpse of
water through the
steamer holes.Add a
sprinkle of salt and
bring to boil covered.
Cut off the ends of the broccoli stalks and place in steaming pan, cover and steam until
the broccoli is tender. Do not overcook.

Serve with lemon wedges.
