glazed carrots

Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

Cook carrots until tender by steaming
In a separate pan,melt butter and add brown sugar and ginger, stirring to blend
Add sauce to carrots and stir to coat.
